	“Working” at OOTB: - See our info form below OOTB is a fun place to work!!! We have great families, great kids, GREAT TEACHERS , and lots of creativity! As we grow in various areas (such as mobile units, special events, birthday’s parties, ladies nights and more varied classes) we need teachers with many different visual arts backgrounds. OOTB is a private art studio. (Family owned) Please review our website to see our world view and philosophy of teaching students in a hands on way including art history! We are not a traditional art studio (thus the name) that teaches only after school classes. We have teachers that teach a class or two a week, as well as teachers that teach each day. We have teachers which teach specialty classes every 8 weeks, as well as teachers that enjoy teaching a yearlong curriculum for ages preschool to high school. We have a large home school community of classes which our teachers also spend a great deal or their mornings and early afternoon teaching. We also have teachers who enjoy teaching only in the summer or for specialty events. We have monthly training events available as well as other ongoing opportunities for our teachers and families to “ bond”. No matter the class or position: the teachers at OOTB are what make OOTB grow and develop into so many wonderful art opportunities for children and families!!!. Volunteer opportunities at OOTB: / scholarship opportunities OOTB is not a nonprofit organization so the only way we can offer scholarships is to be able to donate them ourselves or to allow students and parents the opportunity to volunteer or apprentice in exchange for their class or tuition. We have a limited number each year we can donate, as well as apprentice for year long and 8 week classes. Contact us right away for consideration. This is one of the ways we try to asst families in affording art education. Other opportunities we do a great deal of community work please help us do more!) We have many “fans” that love to help at OOTB!! Please let us know on our contact if you would like to asst us. We have the following needs: Some one that will: Help keep the studio clean and organized on a weekly basis. Asst in one of our larger classes. / or potter’s wheel classes. Help learn to unload kiln . Help with special events as festivals, library events etc in the community Asst in community outreach programs possibly heading one up to reach out to elderly, children and ministry events which OOTB donates their time and resources to..( this would enable us to do many more) Help us with printing and promotional needs.
